Rowlette Executive Search Consultants was founded in 1995 by Patti Rowlette. Patti's goal was to build a firm based on professionalism, honesty and integrity. She had a philosophy of creating a company based on a high level of personal service and a deep connection to clients and candidates which has enabled Rowlette to attract a list of clients for over 20 years to include Morgan Stanley, Raymond James, Ameriprise Financial, Suntrust Bank, Citibank. She believed her success would come by hiring great people and giving them the support and freedom to do their best.
Patti’s son’s Rob Blevins and Ryan Blevins joined the firm in 2000 and 2004 respectively. In 2007, they bought the firm and have continued pursuing those same goals and operating the firm under those same solid principles.
