"After more than 20 years. It's still thrilling to me when we've found the perfect candidate. Because I know we've not only helped our client address a need, but chances are, the new opportunity may very well change that candidate's life."
Patti Rowlette represents the true definition of an entrepreneur. Beginning her recruiting career as a Research Assistant, Patti learned very early on that she had a gift for bringing people and opportunities together. She also learned that her standards were higher than most. So she did exactly what you would expect someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit would do. She started her own company. And she based her new venture on one guiding principle. Integrity is everything.
Patti's goal has always been to gain the complete trust of her clients, as well as the candidates being recruited. She believed then and still believes today, that if you can gain the trust of the people you're working with, the business will take care of itself. This honest, professional approach has propelled Rowlette Executive Search Consultants into an industry leadership position.
In the process, Patti has been elevated to the role of industry spokesperson. Her opinion and expertise are sought on virtually every topic that affects the recruitment industry. She's frequently quoted in industry publications and continues to set the standard for not only results, but also for the way in which those results are achieved.
